European and African additions
The BoTree will land in London, UK in July 2023 in the cross section of the boroughs of Marylebone and Mayfair. Joining the Legend Collection, the site will feature interiors that reflect the property’s location and include colorful, textured fabrics from designers Concrete.
In addition to the 199 rooms, including 29 suites, the new construction will offer dedicated hosts on each floor and open-plan rooms with sliding doors for guests to personalize the spaces, from a single room to an entire wing of the hotel. Other highlights include a rooftop restaurant and bar with city views, a private screening room, and a live music and entertainment venue for up to 450 guests.
Located in the Friedrichshain neighborhood of the German city, the new Berlin hotel embraces the latest architectural trend of combining indoor and outdoor spaces with four buildings, including a 2,368-square-foot greenhouse, connected via open-air corridors and meeting spaces. courtyard.
Opening in May 2023 and targeting the Preferred Lifestyle Collection, the property will comprise 150 rooms and suites, some with balconies or terraces. Berlin’s crafty interiors meld the city’s nature and urban culture with solid oak wood, Italian serpentine stone, stainless steel, and brutalist concrete. Other highlights include a rooftop sauna, fitness center, and restaurant with open kitchen and grill.

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca, Spain, the luxury boutique retreat in a 17th-century private estate will reopen in spring 2023 following a large-scale refurbishment.
The site will be included in the Legend Collection and Preferred Residences and will feature 31 rooms and suites that display original architectural features such as wooden beams, stone floors and antique fireplaces. Wellness provision will include an outdoor pool and spa on-site.
The Fort Marbella
In the rest of Spain, after more than a year of renovations, the flagship of Fuerte Group Hotels in Marbella will reopen its doors in May 2023 as a five-star hotel.
It will be part of the LVX Collection, presenting 266 rooms with interiors designed by Jaime Beriestain. The reimagined hotel will launch with a new destination spa and seafood-focused restaurant that draws inspiration from the city’s local fishing culture.

In the Saint-Germain neighborhood of the French capital, Paris, Les Grands Voyageurs will take advantage of its location with interiors designed by Paris-based Fabrizio Casiraghi, spreading a confluence of Milanese design throughout its 138 rooms and suites, each with accents in wood and hunter green that complement a palette of brown and ivory tones.
The fashion-forward design property will open in summer 2023 to join the Lifestyle Collection, featuring a celebratory restaurant concept and a 35-seat speakeasy, complete with hidden entrance.

Launching in January 2023 as part of the Lifestyle Collection, it will be an Arab-Egyptian heritage resort on the shores of the Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt. The property will include 453 rooms, a variety of dining options, an outdoor pool, a water park featuring freshwater wave pools and water slides, a speakeasy cabaret nightclub, a mezze lounge, and a food hall with a atmosphere similar to that of a souk.
Coming to America
The Benson Hotel and the Faculty Club
Named for former University of Colorado President Bruce Benson, this seven-story, 106-room hotel on the Fitzsimons Innovation Community campus in Aurora, Colorado, USA, is set to open Spring 2023 as part of Lifestyle Collection.
Features include meeting spaces designed for collaboration and connection, a ballroom, rose garden, and The Common Good restaurant and bar.
The Elser Hotel & Residences
On the east coast of the US, this 49-story luxury tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in downtown Miami, Florida, will open fully in the first quarter of 2023. The hotel is named after Elser Pier , a turn-of-the-century coastal hotspot. It will offer 646 rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a pool with lounges, and a 16-foot LED screen wall. The hotel will join the Lifestyle Collection and Preferred Residences lines.
The latest addition to Pendry Hotels & Resorts, this new resort in Newport Beach, California will house 295 rooms, including 82 suites when it opens in summer 2023. The LVX Collection hotel will feature three dining destinations, Pendry Spa, outdoor pool with terrace, and 14,000 square feet of space for meetings and events.
Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences
Completed in March 2023 as part of the LVX Collection, this wellness complex will cover more than seven oceanfront acres on Singer Island in Palm Beach County, Florida.
The property will have 155 rooms with 34 suites, a four-story wellness center with meditation gardens, tranquility pools, open-air Patanjali yoga classes along with four farm-to-table dining options, including AYRE restaurant of the famous vegan chef Matthew Kenney.
Monterrey Square Gallery
A tower in the heart of downtown Monterrey, Mexico’s new financial district, Galeria Plaza Monterrey will be the fifth addition to the Galeria Plaza Hotels brand and the latest addition to the skyline of the business capital of the state of Nuevo León in January 2023.
The Lifestyle Collection hotel combines avant-garde and minimalist design with comfort and technology in 196 rooms, six lofts and two master suites. Other highlights include a pool and lounge, sundeck with fire pit, full-service spa, fitness center, and two restaurants offering local and international cuisine.
