Geekologists and the French Connection Cocktail
Do you want to try the recipe yourself? Here’s a quick cheat sheet of what you need!
French Connection Cocktail Recipe
Add the following ingredients to a shaker:
- 2 fl oz Lillet
- 2 fluid ounces of cognac
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- ½ fl oz honey simple syrup
- Combine equal parts honey and simple syrup (recommend 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar (you will have leftover syrup)) over medium heat, stirring until honey dissolves, then cool. (We highly recommend the refrigeration part)
- Add ice and cover the shaker.
- Shake for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
