The Tasting Club, in partnership with the Italian Embassy and Chef Margarita Forés, is pleased to invite you to a unique “Apericena” on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at The Loggia at Palacio de Memoria.

The “Apericena” is an Italian ritual that is an encounter between an aperitif and a dinner. The word itself is a contraction of “Appetizer” for appetizer and “Dinner” for dinner. This common practice in Italy is an invitation to enjoy drinks with hearty snacks and canapés in a social and friendly atmosphere.

The various dishes will be paired with a selection of 7 fine wines selected by The Tasting Club and produced in all Italian provinces from traditional grape varieties using sustainable production methods. VegFest Pilipinas returns

VegFest Pilipinas returns to the face-to-face festival this year on November 19 and 20, from 9 am to night.

This year’s overarching theme is all about kindness embedded in the look and practice of intersectional veganism. The festival aims to link the non-violence and animal liberation movement to different struggles against oppression and abuse. This is why it will feature speakers who are also LGBTQIA+, Human Rights and Environmental Rights activists.
