Do you feel that the financial system is against you? For many of us, it is. Especially if you are black or brown, female or single. In Diversifying, we explore why traditional money management rules no longer apply to new generations. Presented by Delyanne Barros, better known as Delyanne The Money Coach, Diversifying demystifies and humanizes money by examining the culture in which we make it and how to make it work for you.

When the Diversifying team set out to create this program, our mission was to create a safe space where personal finances could be discussed from the perspective of those who are often overlooked: women, people of color, the LGBTQ community, and low-income people. . . Listening to all of you through voicemails, reviews and social media posts has confirmed that we have achieved that mission and that this type of program is sorely needed in the financial space. Thanks for tuning in and listening every week. We couldn’t have done this show without you.

Hello everyone, I have some news. This is the last episode of Diversifying. I have enjoyed every minute of doing this show, and when I set out to do it, my mission was to create a safe space where personal finances could be discussed from the perspective of those who are usually ignored. That includes women, people of color, the LGBTQ community, and low-income people. And listening to all of you through the voicemails, reviews and messages you send me on social media has really confirmed that we have achieved this mission and that this type of show is still very much needed in this space. So I want to thank each and every one of you for tuning in and listening every week. We couldn’t have done the show without you.

I also want to give special thanks to my production team. This show requires a full crew to do. It’s not just me here at the microphone. So thank you to the amazing people behind the show. You have not only helped me grow as a host, but you have helped me grow as a person. And his dedication to the mission behind the show has been nothing short of admirable.

While I won’t be on your podcast feeds every week, you can still find plenty of great podcasts from CNN Audio. Simply search for CNN on your favorite podcast app. And of course you can still connect with me on social media as Delyanne the Money Coach. I’d like to leave you with one last piece of money. Take more chances in life. Overcoming your fears to try something new is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Whether it’s a new job, a new project, or letting something go, I want you to listen to your gut and seize the opportunity. Thank you all again for listening, and see you on the interwebs.
